Mobile Tickets on the App
All tickets to Performing Arts Fort Worth shows are 100% digital. Any ticket you purchase will be available and up-to-date in the free Bass Hall app even if your tickets have been exchanged or a different delivery method was previously selected.

Login
Use your existing Bass Hall account email and password. Once logged in, you’ll have access to your account.
Don't have an account? If you purchased tickets online at basshall.com, you may already have an existing account with us. Please try the Forgot Login button. If you haven't purchased tickets with us before, select Register and sign up.
Step 3
Tap
Once logged in, your tickets will appear on the home page. Tap the performance to view your ticket details.
Please note: Ticket barcodes will only be available within 24 hours of your performance. If you don’t see your barcode the day of the event, please visit the Box Office.

Add or Share
Once your barcode becomes available within 24 hours of your performance, easily add your tickets to your digital wallet using the buttons below the barcode.
Need to share your tickets? Scroll to the bottom of your ticket and tap the Send to Friend button.

Scan
When you arrive, show your barcode to the usher who will scan your ticket. If you have more than one ticket, please swipe left on the barcode to show each ticket. Please turn up your screen’s brightness for easier scanning.
Mobile Ticketing FAQs
PDF tickets are not available to print from home. With mobile entry, your phone is your ticket. If you do not have access to a smartphone and would like a printed ticket, please contact the box office at 817-212-4280 or [email protected].
Ticket barcodes will be available within 24 hours of your performance. If you are at the venue and your barcode is not visible, please visit the box office.
Log in to your account on the Bass Hall App and the ticket barcodes on the display screen will be scanned directly from your smartphone. When you arrive for your performance, be sure the brightness of your phone is turned all the way up!
Once logged in to the Bass Hall App, tap My Account, then My Tickets and click on the upcoming performance to begin the transfer process. On the display screen below the performance ticket barcode is Share with friend. Tap here. Enter the recipient's email address and select the desired tickets for transfer. Finally, click Send to friend. You will receive confirmation that the tickets have been emailed to the provided address.
The recipient will receive an email from [email protected] with a link that will display the ticket barcode(s) and seat location. The barcode(s) can then be printed or scanned directly from the recipient’s mobile device upon entry to Bass Performance Hall.
To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend accessing your tickets before arriving to the theatre.
In addition to the barcode which will be scanned at the door, your mobile ticket also has your seating information including your section, row, and seat number. Be prepared to show your mobile ticket to the usher who will direct you to your seat.
If you are logged into your account and still do not see your tickets, please go to the box office or contact the box office at 817-212-4280 or [email protected]. All season ticket holders should reach out to their customer service hotline 817-212-4450.
No, tickets must be presented to the usher live from your phone in the Bass Hall app. Screenshots of ticket barcodes will not be scanned.
Yes. Once you select your show, you will be able to swipe left or right to see your available tickets.
You can easily send each member their ticket individually so they can enter at their convenience. By using the "Send to Friend" feature when you select your performance, your tickets can be sent directly to them via their email address. They will receive a notification email with instructions on how to retrieve their ticket. We highly suggest sending them ahead of time before your show.
We encourage you to charge your device before you come to the theatre, but you may always go to the box office for assistance.
