Coming to Bass Performance Hall for the first time? Prepare for an exciting and memorable experience! From pre-show eats and curbside parking to the final curtain call, we want to help you make the most of your experience at Bass Performance Hall.

 

 

Bass Performance Hall

No outside food, drinks, or to-go containers are allowed inside the Bass Performance Hall complex. You will be asked to dispose of these items before entering the theater.

If you are picking your tickets up at Will Call, your tickets will be held at the Box Office on the west (Commerce Street) side of the Grand Lobby. The box office opens 60 minutes prior to each performance. To claim your Will Call tickets, you will need a photo ID.

If you prefer to pick up your tickets before the day of the performance, please contact Patron Services at 817-212-4280 during regular business hours.

Mobile Tickets are accessed through the free Bass Hall app. For more information, please click here.

To access your  Mobile Tickets, download the free Bass Hall app on your smartphone, login to your account and go to "My Tickets" to view your tickets.  Select the title of the show you are attending to view your tickets. At the door, turn the brightness on your phone all the way up and the ushers will scan the ticket barcodes directly from the app. Please note that ticket barcodes will be available 24 hourse prior to your scheduled performance. Tickets can also be accessed by visiting the "My Account" section after you have logged in. 

Yes. For safety and security reasons, everyone is required to have a ticket to enter Bass Performance Hall. Lap seats are sold for children under 2 at the lowest available ticket price for any given performance.

Complimentary coat check will be available downstairs on the east side of the Grand Salon October – March or at the discretion of Front of House management. In the event there is a family show, coat check will be open for booster seat rentals.

While some theatergoers do dress up, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.  Keep in mind that our theater is kept cool year-round.

Coming to a show in costume or cosplay? Be sure to read our official costume guidelines before coming to the Hall. For the safety and consideration of all patrons, Performing Arts Fort Worth reserves the right to determine whether costumes and thematic attire are acceptable and appropriate and may ask the wearer to make modifications as necessary.

Costumes may be worn according to these guidelines:

  • Full face costume masks, obstructive headgear and helmets of any kind, with the exception of cranial helmets for medical needs, may not be worn.
  • Costumes may not impede or block the view of others.
  • Costumes may not contain any props or accessories, including toy or replica weapons of any kind (swords, guns, handcuffs, etc.), that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Any part of a costume or thematic attire that is considered a prohibited item will not be allowed into any Performing Arts Fort Worth facility.

Bathrooms are located on every level of Bass Performance Hall except for the Grand Lobby. From the lobby, the nearest bathroom is located downstairs in the Grand Salon.

Bars are located in the Grand Salon and Grand Lobby, and on the Box Tier and Mezzanine levels. You may also pre-order drinks for intermission at any of the bars.

Booster seats are available in the Cloak Room, located in the Grand Salon. You can use your mobile device to rent booster seats for $5. Please note there is a limited quantity of booster seats and availability will be first come, first served. We kindly ask that all booster seats be returned to the Cloak Room after the performance.

Opera glasses are available in the Cloak Room, located in the Grand Salon. You can use your mobile device to rent opera glasses for $5. Please note there is a limited quantity of opera glasses and availability will be first come, first served. We kindly ask that all opera glasses be returned to the Cloak Room after the performance.

Complimentary assisted listening devices are available free of charge at the Accessibility Kiosk located on the west side of the Grand Lobby. A driver’s license or credit card is required as a deposit. Click Here to learn more about accessibility options in Bass Hall.

If you are late to a performance, you may experience a brief wait time to enter the show. Please arrive on time!

Valet closes 30 minutes after the end of a performance. Your vehicle must be picked up within that time.

Yes – before the performance, during intermission and after the performance. Please do not take photographs or video during a performance. You can also take a selfie with the Angels by accessing the balcony on level 4 across from the Mezzanine bar.

Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: CLOSED

The Box Office is also open 1 hour prior to a performance on day of show. The Box Office is not open on select legal holidays.
